No I would not want 30 year Dan Houston unless it's a salary dump and we get proper compensating draft picks

I agree with this

No thanks, Short was at least good in a good side, Houston has been poohouse for the Pies.

Yes Tauru was a high pick two years ago, but alarm bells must be ringing if the Saints are shopping him already.

If it's a Saints issue, and not a Tauru issue, we could go our Future 1st to Port, Ports pick 5 to Saints, Tauru to Tiges.

"He's indicated to people an interest in Geelong.. at this point I think it's looking more unlikely that he moves than likely"

Zak Butters:

"9-year deal, $2 million per year. Chose the Dogs and has been celebrating with Dogs people the last week or so. AFL got involved in their deal. Dogs furious and it is back to the drawing board on how this deal gets done."

Alix Tauru:

"Ideally St Kilda wants to keep Alix Tauru. The whole thing has confused St Kilda. The fact that he toured another club confused the club. Other clubs are now trying to get their heads around this and what it would cost as well."

- @CalTwomey

"Tensions at an all time high. St Kilda have set a precedent paying Phillipou a million dollars. The manager simply is saying, we want what he is getting. I think St Kilda are being played against St Kilda here by his manager."

Nick Blakey:
"He has told people he has interest in the Cats. The Cats are aware of this, but they haven't made a move on this yet. There needs to be a lot of boxes to be ticked for any of the Sydney five that could be on the move."

- @CalTwomey

"The Sydney five returned to Sydney today. Blakey is frustrated with the club and there is some frustration from club to player as well. He is unhappy with the whole process and his name being involved in it all. Contracted until 2031. He is a watch"

It’s the Saints. Lock and load him for Shorty and a second or third rounder
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

From Josh Gabelich Twitter aka X

Richmond is chasing GWS key forward Jake Riccardi. The Giants have a three-year deal in front of the 26yo, but the Tigers and Essendon have tabled more lucrative offers to return to Victoria @AFLcomau tinyurl.com/ahbwnp4a

Briggs and Riccardi would be pretty sweet
