Krak really doesnt measure up to any equivalent players at WCE...thats coz 99% of there list is better than Krak lol- At best on his own Krak will get us either a late 2nd round or late 3rd round pick from the Weagles. In this trade period there are better options. For mine Tuck is worth at best a late 3rd round pick but combining the two will get us a way better deal.

Krak's better than Sampi  ;). If Richie Cole can go for a pick 23 then Krak's worth a first rounder. No point trading Krak or Tuck unless we can score another first round draft pick.

Ok, so what do we know.

8 likely list changes coming up (it has been mentioned).  Does this include Chaff and Staff?

Kellaway, Humm, Roach, Rodan, Jackson, Moore, and a couple of trades?  (Krak and Tuck?)

I just cannot see both being traded.

Keen to get another pick though.

Tuck and Krak to Nth for pick 3?  Would you do it?

If it was 2 for 2 and not 2 for 1 I'd consider it. We don't want to lose depth either. North can chuck in another pick (3rd rounder?)

I'd reckon you're pretty spot on with that departure list LT  ;).

Krak & Tuck for Pick 3 is my most preferred deal ... I think Laidley would go for it and we should as well. 3 & 8 would put us in prime position. From my point of view...I sorta look at like this...will Krak or Tuck win us a grand final...i dont think they could, but p3 could be a matchwinner who could win us a grand final someday. therefore irrespective of the depth issue for the moment...Id be happy to take p3 if thats all they offered, if they offered a 3rd round pick as well thats a bonus, if theres no 2nd pick and they chucked in a Perry then that should be seen as a bonus.

Krak supposedly wanting to go to WCE has stuffed up my most hoped for deal, anyway...what do people reckon we could get from the eagles in return for the great A Krakouer?

The more I think (It's hard sometimes I know), and from what I pickup from TW, ie: last night on WLF he mentioned along the lines of

I would rather move on people that I know what they are capable of and keep the young fellas and give them a chance to show what they have.

This to me is saying more and more players like tucky and krak may be put up for bait - and the likes of Mgaune Lmibach Hughes are going to get a couple of years to show what they have.

How old is Cogs ?

May be a few surprises along the way this summer, and there will be a few fans jumping up and down - But I trust that in the end it will be for the best.

A FOOTBALL DECSION  :thumbsup :gotigers

To many of our supporters are to passionate about the players. I lost all that stuff when I as a kid I saw Raines and Cloke and Wood walk out the door and stuff my footy club, all I believe in now is the club. The club is bigger than any player and what we need is to have a coach who pulls the trigger on blokes when its required, no matter how popular they are, no matter how fancy there nicname, or even if theyre good blokes. If you cant play you shouldnt be at Richmond and more importantly if your not gonna be in a group of 28-29 players vying for a spot in a premiership side  you shouldnt be there either.

with u 100%
thats the prob, too many tiger fans are plain stupid and think every player on our list is fantastic and untouchable, eg kellaway. ffs, our team really is crap, we need a lotta changes to be made to become elite again
thats why no one is untradeable, and untouchable. the club comes first and alsways should.
and when players get traded and delisted, stiff poo, no sentimental crap from me, its about time we had a coach who wasnt afraid to clean out all the poo from tigerland, not just the possum poo from 2 yrs ago!!!

I'm 50%.  ;D

Making unpopular decisions on players who don't fit into the plans of where the coaching/football departments want to get the team to - all for it 100%.

Not being passionate about the players, you've got to be kidding - 0%. (No idea what "too passionate" is)

The players are the club on matchdays. I support the whole club but when I go to the footy I'm cheering for the players, not the board or the medical staff or the trainers. I don't understand how anyone who has no passion about the players can believe in the club or would even be bothered. Each to their own.
I don't know of any Richmond supporters who even remotely think everyone on our list is fantastic and untouchable. They are sad when a player they have supported and been passionate about finishes up though. I'm the same.

Some supporters in the RFC members have a special way of "cheering" for their "favourites"  ;D.
