footy free weekend and withdrawal symptons
« on: October 08, 2006, 04:32:42 PM »
What did everyone get up to this weekend now the footy is over?

Any withdrawal symptons or are we glad for a break from the footy?

I went to a ladies high tea at the Hyatt Sanctuary Cove.  The next 3 Saturdays will be spent at puppy preschool.

Corey Lidle, Yankees pitcher, was the pilot in that plane crash, WP
Was he their main pitcher?

He was one of their starting pitchers during the main season Moi but was relegated to the bullpen for the playoffs because his form had been average and you can only have 4 starters in the playoffs. During the regular season the have 5

He had only been a Yankee since Jun/July when he was traded from the Phillies.

Tragic stuff
