Don't think I'm giving much away here, but this is my favourite photo of my mum
On a ferry of course, but the bridge is still being built
And she was lucky enough to attend the opening at Govt House
My grandma was a caterer for gov house and managed to score an invite.

Awesome photo Moi  :thumbsup.

The Harbour Bridge in the background reminds me of the book I have with photos of the Harbour Bridge at different stages as it was being built.

Great pic Moi! :thumbsup
I've got a sizeable collection of glass plate negatives and one of them is a group of lighthorseman posing in front of the sphinx which is my favorite.
Also in the collection are pics of the Harbour bridge construction, billiard champion Walter lindrum, Artisit Albert namatjira and a collection of turn of the century pics of Sydney street life.
If anyone would like to see some I'd be happy to post them. I'm still in the process of deciding what to do with them but apparently they are quite valuable. They were passed on to me by my late cousin who was a world renowned photographer. I also have some of his own collection but they are not negatives, like an early family portrait of Arnold Schwarzenegger before he became really famous, The beatles in concert, Audrey Hepburn candids (He was a good friend of Audrey's and played tennis with her) and many more..

when Versace was whacked,I was living in Miami so i went down to his house and took some shots of his bloodstains,
to the horror of onlookers who were al pretending they knew him.
F.O !

If they knew him u could understand why they were upset but face it......

Ill scan some and post them as i am sure u would all love to see them. :thumbsup

Spent a couple of hours down there tonight amongst the throng.
A couple of heated moments, but generally pretty good.
Hi to some new friends I made in Louie (hope your nose ain't broken dude lol) and a couple of others who didn't want to be identified.
Nice kids with good intentions.
To the uncooperative pigs who wouldn't raise their baton for my camera even though they were dying to - up yours lol
