He will be having a scan tomorrow (Monday). Looked very sore at the after match.

Hope it's not a medial ligament which is a 6-8 week injury. Mean Staff will miss the rest of the season  :(. Those types of knee collisions are now becoming common amongst ruckman. Maybe the AFL need to take Sam Newman's advice on ruck tactics.

What I noticed on Saturday night was how Charman really uses his knees in the ruck contest to block his opponent. Currently it is within the rules but it is a worry because the risk of injury to the opposition ruckman is far greater.
