The whole Angus Graham thing was the best bit of baiting I have ever done. But then again it's too easy with most of you lot. Alright, if Edwards is a good player then why do you consistently whinge about him? So all "good" players are exactly the same as each other? Edwards is a better player than Nahas and King. He has a better set of attributes, can play more positions and unlike Nahas, he has a non.

And my Edwards thing has been baiting you lot for years.... :lol :lol ;)

He had a good year out of how many..... :rollin

No, Edwards really infuriates you and you lose your cool very often because of it. That is not fishing at all.

U r dreaming

From who?

I would think from a choice of Knights, Edwards, Nahas, Petterd, Helbig, Arnott, O'Hanlon, Lonergan..

King is a fairly limited player. He'll need to kick goals to keep his spot in the seniors. Good thing.

You've only named 1 small forward there, not convinced hell be competing against most of those blokes

Learn to quote bloke

Am I dreaming? Arnot is a mid yet to play a game, Lonergan is a mid, Helbig is a mid, Pettard n OHanlon are med fwd/hff, as is Knights who also plays mid, A.Edwards med fwd, so who plays King's role apart from Nahas? He'll need to be on his game as mr magic said, but disagree he is competing with half of those guys

Yeah only 1 specialist small forward but I think we'll be looking to play guys who can have an impact for short stints on the ball as well as in the small forward role.
This is where I think King's limitations will make it hard for him. He'll play games but if King spends time at Coburg then the first 22 is in good shape IMO.

Agree with that

Concern is none of those blokes are renowned for their forward pressure and tackling, IMO pressure is on them to step up not Kingy

Perhaps, recent injuries to Jake might make that a bit tougher. Others for consideration up forward are Newman, Foley (coming back from injury) and White (unlikely).

Bachelor. Grimes. Chaplin.
Ellis Rance. Vlastuin.
Grigg. Martin. Conca.
Deledio. Griffiths. SEdwards.
Newman. Riewoldt. Vickery.
IMaric. Cotchin. Tuck.

Houli. Knights. Morris Foley

--

Dea. Jackson. White. Nahas. A Edwards. Helbig. etc.

King won't get a spot easy and if he was will have need to play at a decent standard to retain it - I hope.

While you may well be right I see Bachelor. Ellis. Vlastuin. Conca. as important future players. For them not to get senior games would possibily hinder thier growth as players. I would hope so the long term future of the club they are cememnting the spots in the starting 18/21 via merit. Each however has more 'upside' than King.
