I employ many people in my place of employment and aways carry out at least 2 references checks on each applicant.
We also put them through medical checks and other skill tests as well. ummmmmmmmmm

so what are you really telling us jack, we know u get inside mail , so whats the go

everyone knows about polaks "past" "bad habits", but really who cares as long as he kicks arse 4 the team

and if at the end of his career or after, if he gets off the rails again ala "gary ablett"... who cares!

We aint got a good record with ""problem"" children,
Do the names McGrath and the other guy who went back to Tassie who wore 29( name escapes me ) and Zantuck ring a bell.
All I am saying we hear what the ""spin doctors" say.
Lets just see what happens. Jury is out with me !

every club gas these players, thats just nature,we are not all perdect

but

i would takegary ablett(biggest headcase of the lot) anyday

zantuck, gilmour(i think thats who u mean) and mcgrath are 3, all different cases, but all failures.

but what about jim jess. all reports say he never stopped drinking , and was a lazy trainer,  but  hey he was a legend.

not every player is a voss or a hird, but all can make an impact if they want to , lets hope polak does 4 us

Unfortuanetly, players cannot act as they did in the Jimmy Jess years , they wouldnt last a minute.
Keep in mind that most of the players earn much more than a company director or senior management.
I hope Polak does well.  Lets see what happens but dont hold your breath ;)
