Crowd prediction for Sunday?

The Blues think a crowd of 60,000 will turn up on Sunday. How many do you guys and gals reckon?

Being an away game for us and combined with our poor pre-season form that will turn a lot of people away.

A lot of members only get a home game membership so they will wait until Rd2.

Add to the fact that Wallet doesnt think we will make the finals and i reckon half of the people who thought about buying a ticket wont be now.

Unless we get off to a flyer in the first 4-5 rounds we have no chance of getting 30,000 members this season.

I may be negative towards our chances but that doesnt mean that i wont be supporting the club everyweek like i have done for the past 15 years, home or away.

so unless a tiger has a legitimate excuse for not being there , they should rock up with full force

saying your not going cos its on tv, or its an arvo game or our preseason was crap is no excuse

the only thing that should stop a real fan from rocking up is a fair dinkum excuse

Being an evening game is a fair excuse I reckon. Most people wont get home from that game until 8.30pm (prob even later for you X!), who wants their kids buzzing around the house talking about the Tiges at 8.30 on a Sunday night!

Having said that I'll be there with bells on, no kids attached!

I actually love the game being at 5.10pm  Finish by 8.30pm
Reason being is that I can get the "leave pass"" and get to the Anglers Hotel afterwards.

If it was on Saturday arvo it would be 65,000  . Getting home after 9pm on a Sunday night will put some families with young kids off from going.

Let's hope we pull off a "upset" win so we get a big crowd to our home game against the Swans the following week.
