The recruiting over the past 3 years has been poor.

Are you saying the kids we picked are last year - none of which have played a game are poor choices ???

We also have a kid called Casserly who hasn't played a game because he OP last year and that's a poor choice too? How do we honestly know right now? We don't!

Polo - poor choice? Come on give me a break - he's played less than 20 games. Don't forget Raines at pick 70 something (take out that he is out of form at the moment ;D)

Fact is not ever player drafted is going to be like Deledio - some take time. What do people expect? For them to 2 years to develop and rip the competition apart?

I don't think it works that -never has never will

Any many are interreverted

I think they are on the way to fixing that - Jack Reiwoldt is anything but introverted :thumbsup

Miller needs to put his hand up and walk away. He wont because he is a dog.

Ask anyone who was at North Melbourne during his time. He is one of the reasons that they are in the financial state they are today.
Not sure if you're praising him or berating him for their financial state.  ???
They were in a poor financial state when he went there.
Always had a small membership/following. The 2 premierships they won with him there are probably the reason they still exist in their own right.
