BURGOYNE offered 2 weeks suspension

lets hope he takes it for engaging in rough play

if they contest i hope they lose it abnd he gets 3

if he is out when we play port , i am sure we will win!

I actually dont think there is a great deal in it.

I would be contesting it and i think he should get off.

For mine he was already committed to bumping Hayes while he was upstanding and his body weight was already in motion at about the same time the other Port player bought him to the ground.

Goodes on the other hand was stupid and deserves to be suspended.

I've heard that alot and I dont understand.  Lenny was already in the tackle for a bit before being brought over and when guys are tackled they usually fall to the ground.

It was very dirty.

A reckless bump that really knocked Lenny around.

Found not guilty  ::)

Claimed he got Haynes around the chest and the tribunal said head contact was inconclusive so he got off.

2007 = the year of no suspension ???
