Surgeon Zachary Gerut compared modern pictures of Posh to ones taken when she was an unknown dancer in 1993. Gerut said her cheeks appeared to have changed considerably: "They’re more sculpted, maybe from weight loss or buccal fat removal." "Her eyebrows drooped and now they're arched," Gerut continued. "In my opinion, that's a forehead lift done beautifully, not Botox." He pointed out that both Victoria's bottom and lower lips are more prominent, suggesting Juvederm or collagen injections every few months.
