Can anyone verify that Johnno(Wayne) has been asked to work directly with a couple of the kids in addition
to his role as runner ??

Don't know Ox but he isn't one of the player mentors

He should mentor his son in good manners first

If it happens, I'd say it will be to keep Jake King promoted because Carl Peterson is now available according to the latest injury update.

They might be waiting on Polo's scans. If he needs surgery then he could be put on the long-term injury list as well.

The Club hasn't announced it but Razor must now be on the long-term injury list otherwise Jake King wouldn't be allowed to play this week.

Maybe not - with no VFL game this week we could delay taking Carl off the injured list (although I'm not familiar with the exact rules about this) for another week.

doesn't Gaspar's retirement come into the equation?

No, Mopsy.
A rookie can only go onto the Primary List for a long-term injury.

It's now been publicly confirmed.

Quote
the immediate playing future of veteran big man Ray Hall, who has been stuck on 99 games all season, is in doubt with Hall now on the long-term injury list - having not played so far this year due to a hip injury.

The decision to place Hall on the long-term injury list means the Tigers will be able to continue playing rookie defender Jake King.

King was originally placed on the senior list at the expense of first year draftee Carl Petersen, who was battling osteitis pubis, but Petersen has now recovered and is back on the Tigers' senior list.
