Richo

-stands by everything he said on 3aw after the game (the 'pathetic' comment)
-acknowledges the decision was correct as per the way it has been called this year. Didn't have a problem with Brett Allen or the umpires just the interpretation, he is very frustrated with it. Said that the rule wasn't broke so why try and fix it.
-said he 'just didn't hear the whistle', knew he had a break on Michael and just took off.
-didn't disagree with the panel that the 50m penalty was extremely harsh.

The panel screened the McPhee incident that should've been 50m, which was nice of them..

As usual Mike Sheahan had a dig at Richo about his goalkicking. Richo admitted that his goalkicking had not improved in 7 years. Richo said the way the game is going he doesn't think anyone will kick 100 goals in the game ever again.

Gerard Healy (how did that guy graduate from medical school) asked Richo what the talk was around his circle regarding whether he is a champion. Richo replied that he doesn't exactly talk about whether he is a champion around the dinner table with his family.

Thanks DC. Much appreciated  :cheers. Sounds like there was a more genuine and indepth discussion on Fox than the token effort on footy classified. Richo open and honest as usual  :thumbsup. What was Healy thinking with that line of questioning. Weird ???.

They also showed the free kick awarded to Nick Riewoldt for supposed push-in-the-back.  Honestly these umpires need glasses!  Definitely not a push.

Thought Richo looked quite well for someone that so banged up a week ago.   Richo said after seeing his injury, his mum wanted him to retire.   Wayne Schwass on the Final Siren (afl.com.au) said Richo's game was one of the most inspiring things he's ever seen.

McPhee had the ball for about 20 seconds then kicked it away, everyone around him had stopped.

I'd still take Richo's kicking over Tarrant, Rocca, J. Brown and N. Riewoldt.

When interviewed, Richo always comes across as a likeable, uncomplicated, natural and genuine fellow.

Yep. If that wasn't 50 then nothing is.

Now as most would know I am not a Nick fan but I have to say even he looked confused by that decision
