In 2008, the Richmond Football Club will be celebrating 100 years in the VFL/AFL competition. It will be a memorable year, with many special events planned to mark this special milestone.
A truly unique opportunity is being offered to Tiger fans as part of the Club’s league football Centenary celebrations.
We are giving just 100 people the rare honor of being photographed with the 2008 Centenary Team.
The photograph will be framed to poster size and feature signatures of the coach, captain and players of the 2008 Centenary Team.
To further enhance the historic nature of this “once-in-a-lifetime moment”, the players will be photographed wearing the Club’s Centenary guernsey.
If you wish to take up this prestigious offer, we encourage you to book and pay by September 1.
Each position in the Centenary Team photograph is available at a cost of $950 for two people. Additional people can be photographed for $100 each, up to a maximum of four (4) per photograph.
Photos will be numbered 1-100, signed by all the players and coach, and framed to poster size. Numbers 1 and 17 will be auctioned on the Clubs website (aflauctions.com.au/tigers.htm) on Saturday, August 11 so please look out for this.
Additional photos can be purchased outside of this for $300. (Please note the additional photos will not be numbered or signed)
The Centenary Team photograph shoot will take place at Punt Road on a Sunday in February (to be advised) 2008, in two sessions. There will be free parking arranged, a BBQ and drinks available for participants. This also provides an exclusive opportunity to get up close and personal with the Richmond players and coaches.
Those who book and pay for this opportunity by September 1, will be eligible to go into the draw to win some fantastic prizes . . .
First prize is a Movie Night at Crown for 22 people, and six (6) Richmond players. Pre-movie drinks and snacks will be arranged. Value: Priceless.
Second prize is a ‘Crown Towers’ accommodation package, including one night’s accommodation, breakfast, dinner and valet parking. Value: $660.
Third prize is a ‘Crown Promenade’ accommodation package, including one night’s accommodation, breakfast, dinner and valet parking. Value: $398.
