So the players can recover for the weekend after being danced off their feet by a regular attendee. (recover to watch other teams play finals, that is  :()

I had a joke with Axel the other night of what dancing with me has achieved for him.
He has promised me a dance at the B&F this year  :rollin

And just on the B&F why oh why do they persist with having the bloody thing mid-week

Cheaper to rent the ballroom for the club per head on a Wednesday as opposed to a Friday Saturday or Sunday WP. Hence the club could make more profit on selling tickets to the general public for the event.

2007 Jack Dyer Medal
10:05 AM Thu 2 August, 2007
for richmondfc.com.au

Can talented, tenacious Tiger cub Nathan Foley cap a remarkably consistent season by winning the coveted Jack Dyer Medal in just his third year of AFL football?

Will ex-Docker Graham Polak turn his first season at Tigerland into a truly memorable one by taking ‘Jack’ home?

Or is this the year that Matthew Richardson finally breaks through for his first Yellow and Black Best and Fairest?

Find out in the Crown Palladium’s Ballroom on Wednesday, September 19, when the 2007 Jack Dyer Medal count is held.

Tickets are $180 per head for what shapes as a great night of entertainment and drama, as another chapter in the rich history of the Richmond Football Club is written.

All the action kicks off from 7pm and, to make a booking, or to find out additional information, please contact Sarah Murphy at the Club on (03) 9426 2252.

I'll be there even though I am not happy about it being on a Wednesday night.

Foley for mine to win

With Jake King to get the Cosgrove Medal  :thumbsup

It would be fantastic if Richo finally won a B&F but for mine he looks like being the bridesmaid again behind Foley.
