The Hawks are complaining that all clubs do both (lie to the tribunal and take cameras in to grounds) but they were the only ones caught

I think he deserves the fine. It's up to the 'victim' whether they want to stitch someone up at the tribunal, he didn't want to, that's fair enough.
He was silly, not for lying, but for admitting that he did.
