It's all easy playing against a bunch of kids up north.

It's when we play Cats, north, port, pee&poo, freo, pies, drug cheats that I want to see increased pressure & intensity.

But let's all dance our feet won't touch the ground  :dancing :dancing :woohoo :woohoo

Well said. That was 4 points and not much else.

What I saw is a bunch of flat track bullies beating up on a bunch of kids

Talk to me after the dreamtime game where I expect them to retreat back to their usual self

Blobbo has always been a flog and will always be one

37 touches one class goal and heaps of hard ball gets

We don't know how lucky we are to have Cotch

Think Robbo was 100%
Publicly kick Trent up the backside
To Trent's credit , not many cheap possessions last night and earnt most of them
Now needs to be consistent in this way each week
No more cheap stats behind the ball

Blobbo the flog hasn't got the credibility to kick anyone up the backside

Beams , rich , Christensen aren't a bunch of kids, their midfield. Is respectable albeit without rockcliffe , don't let that get in the way of a lame troll effort though , nice try though  :ROTFL

he may not, but he was correct on this and Trent came out and played the way he should, last night.

It is most unlikely blobbo's article had anything to do with it though

His actions are copied by others being captain. He needs to remember not to over use the ball with 600mm handballs in the last string of attack, He needs to kick the bloody thing to catch out the defenders & those running back into the play to man us up. The player running next to him needs to cut back into the line of the opposition & block the run so to let Cotchin get a kick instead of taking the short handball & fumbling & a turnover. These are the acts that really make my blood boil. Not enough players are putting the block in while attacking. Good footballers are always thinking ahead.

Better, Much Better :clapping
Still not the best of him and I can't wait to see the best which will be better than any player in the comp.

He gave the side a lot more drive this week, no doubt about it, so too did Miles just quietly  :shh

cotch had opponents man handling last night too.

the criticism has never been his ability to break tags, but his mindset.

has shown in the past he can be damaging against all comers and he if he continues to attack the game like he did last night it wont matter who we play.

he threw off the shackles last night and hopefully they stay off

We will also have Lids back. This helps the flexibility of our midfield. I don't expect Cotchin to be racking up 37 touches and have the same impact each week. To imply he should is laughable. It's the intent I want to see. He had his game face on from the opening bounce.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
