May actually freshen Newy up taking the 17 off him
May do, best try it soon because he looks to becoming a liability.

Good point gerks.

Newy gave us a glimpse yesterday of the good stuff, when he bombed that 55+ metre goal in the 3rd. Much prefer that than what appears to be his personal current disposal preference of short "dinky" passes

I find it hard to compare anyone with Rioli, that's how highly I rate Trent.

That's because you took his nickname!  I agree though, Maurice was the quintessential magician with the ball.  While everybody was falling over and fumbling, Maurice was waltzing through like they were witches hats!  Amazing player!
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Although maurice was an amazing player with skill I have rarely seen on the football field.i think trent is fast approaching that level and has something i think maurice lacked.........leadership

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Maurice showed leadership at times - especially in 1982 grand final when his team mates were thinking about that dirty smoo in a Carlton scarf - he was trying to win the game.

Cotchin is nearly just as good - looking forward to a lot of years of enjoyment - hopefully we can get some more to support him!
