“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

Oh well, typical, they should move on it now, but like always. Why fix what's broken..usual story of the Club.

Newman needs to step down off his own back.

Chris will do what is best for the club, if Cotch needs to wait another year so be it.

 :cheers
Yeah we're already going to vote for him mate, you don't need to keep selling it.....

Newman might think he has 1 more year with it, couldn't see him taking on Captaincy past 2013 though.

Earlier this year on one of the Fox Footy shows he said he didn't want to give it up any time soon and would hold onto it as long as he could. Think the club might let him do that for 2013 but that would be it.

That's fair enough then, I have always liked Newman and his game, he has been off a litte lately but overall he has been a good Captain and servant of the club.

I would of liked to see Cotch in there next year but if it's only one more year than fine.

yet we amazed you in another thread for saying something similar  :huh
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Yahweh? or the great Clawski?
