a lot of negatives ...

1-11 round: 0 wins 1 draw 10 losses

12-22 round: 3 wins 0 draws 8 losses

for me ...

postivies: Foley, Thursfield, McGuane, Pattison, Edwards, Riewoldt

jackson tagging i like ...

brown, pettifer, edwards work well across half forward ...

richardson good ... kicking lets him down ... but another good year ...

deledio ... good 2nd half of year ...

Pattison ... is a ruckman ... very good year ...

King has a go ... could be promoted up ...

Foley ... great

2nd half of year looked better then first ... obviously ...

Hall, Kingsley, Knoble, Gaspar are all gone ...

No. 20, 18, 13, 2 ... give to young players ...

should be more to go ... Hyde, Moore, Tivendale, Hartigan, P Bowden ...

2nd Pick ... get a "Gun" midfielder ...

pick up Neville with late pick ... why not ... he wants an opportunity in the AFL ...

i believe we need a spine ...

need to bulk up ... each player needs to put weight on ... expect Richardson ...

Simmonds, Coughlan, Brown (half a year), Polo (half a year) didn't play ...

add them in and we are looking good ...

very disapointing year obviously ... but we willn't finish 16th in 2008 ...

midfield in 2008: Coughlan, Foley, Deledio, Tambling, Jackson, Johnson, Tuck

ruck: Simmonds, Pattison

half forward: Richardson, Brown, Pettifer, Edwards, Riewoldt, Tambling, Jay, Hughes

backline: Newman, Raines, Joel (senior players) McGuane, Thursfield, Polak (chb)

i couldn't see the light with the first 11 rounds ...

but the last 11 rounds i saw some ...

no prdictions yet ... though we willn't win only 3 and a half matches ...

though ... Melbourne, Collingwood and Essendon wins were very sweet !!!

my prediction for Best and Fairest ...

1st - Nathan Foley

2nd - Joel Bowden

3rd - Brett Deledio

4th - Matthew Richardson

5th - Chris Newman

6th - Kayne Pettifer/ Graham Polak

8th - Shane Tuck

9th - Andrew Raines/Nathan Brown

Best First Year Player: Jake King

Most Improved: Brett Deledio, Daniel Jackson, Adam Pattison

Kane Johnson ... bad year ... captaincy ??? ... i think he will keep it ... players see him as the right player

other captains ... Nathan Brown, Joel Bowden

young future captains ... Chris Newman, Mark Coughlan

take care guys ... once again another bad year ... with good signs ... lets hope (like usual) that our 100th VFL/AFL year we make the finals ...

Terry Wallace is the right man for Richmond ... though another 2007 season ... and he willn't be here this time next year !!!

Go Richmond !!!
