He played 22 games in his first year with the club last year and only three this year. He had a bit of an injury-interrupted mid-season, so it is hard to comment on how he went because he did not play a lot of games. I’d say he would be disappointed in the year himself.

No for me.
He is 27 and won't improve from here.
He is merely keeping a youngster off the list who may be a champion if he stays.
Keeping him with so little senior AFL footy this year would contradict the youth policy of Terry and his grand plan of 2011.
His AFL days are over just has not had the impact we thought he would.
Looked awful in the VFL Grand Final.

He'd be in the gun so it won't be a surprise if what you've heard is right rogerd3. He's out of contract and as Tigermonk says he turns 27 next year.
