Could not happen to a nicer team those suspensions. :woohoo :ROTFL :stupid

Just saw on Channel 9 Friday nites prelim final due to the colour clash
Pies will be wearing their traditional home strip with black shorts
Cats will be in their hooped guernsey with white shorts.

Other than wanting the Cats to win for obvious reasons
here's another Hellenic Tiger tidbit of history that might repeat

1994 was the last year where a final finished level and went into extra time.
The Roos defeated the Hawks that day. The Roos went on to lose to the Cats after the siren when Garry Ablett kick a goal to put the Cats six points up and into the big one.
The Pies won in extra time and are meeting Geelong as we all know.
Wonder what odds I'd get on scores being level and Garry Ablett kicking the game breaking score after the siren?
If it does happen another heartbreaking loss for the Pies :lol

Q. What do pregnant women and Collingwood Footy Club have in common?

A. They usually drop their bundle in the 9th month.

Make for an enjoyable day if that happened to the Pies  ;D

I hope history repeats HT74 and Ablett kicks the winner after the siren. A bit too close for Geelong at half-time.

Oh what a shame  ;D. Collingwood losing by less than a kick with the ball in their forward line  :lol.

Well ultimately Ablett's goal was the one that got the Cats over the line MT.
As Good as Gary is, Nathan just is abit lost at this level I feel.
As for the Pies losing fantastic. :lol
As for the clock losing 6 seconds at the end with Medhurst taking the shot instead of Rocca and the ump having no idea what was going on. :stupid
As for the ball being in the pies forward line on the siren. :woohoo
As for Eddie having a sook post match on Channel 7 while Malthouse was adressing the team.

Good old Puff Puff. The most overrated player in the comp. Always goes missing when it counts. He didn't look too disappointed not being able to take his kick either  ;).

Speaking of going missing, the Roos did against Port. Usually one top 4 side tumbles out of the Eight the following year and my early tip is it'll be the Roos. They are alot like we were in 2001 and had a similar finals campaign. Two mass floggings against the eventually Grand Finalists with a gutsy grinding win in between.

Well if the Roos remind you of us in 2001 heres hoping
that Hawthorn, the team that the Roos had a gutsy win in the finals over
will win the wooden spoon next year ala Carlton in 2001. :lol

So much for that Shinboner Spirit. Where was it in the 3rd quarter.
Shinboner Spirit is sightings of the Loch Ness Monster or UFOs. Some people think have had genuine sightings of it but really it turs out to be an awful hoax.
Good riddance to them. Characterless and faceless.

As for Anthony Rocca yes I agree totally overrated just like Rusling. Did not want to have that kick could not handle the pressure of it at all although Medhurst quickest sprint of the night was getting close enough to Rocca to take the kick once Rocca thought it was too hard  :scream.
If a player in Collingwood jumper takes a mark in the forward 50 with an opponent within 20 metres of him then the Scumwood faithful will think they have the new Royce Hart or Wayne Carey on their hands. Does anyone remember Andrew Tranquilli? :whistle  :lol

;D

Or even Hawthorn 2001 will do  ;). Thompson and Hay were going to lead them to a flag and getting within 9 points of the Bombers.

LOL @ Andrew Tranquilli.
