2008 Draw - what should we request?

The clubs are putting in their requests to the AFL for next year's fixture. What should the Tigers request/demand?

No away game at Kardinia Park

Cwood - 6 interstate trips, including two back to back,  1 preseason and 1 season game at Kardinia Park, play all sides in the '07 top eight twice.   Oops, just saw a pig flying down the street.

Nah the AFL sets that fixture aside for us 


We should demand 11 home games at the 'G our home ground and state it publicly. Last year we tried to be reasonable and compromise with the AFL by requesting only 9 and they still knocked it back and gave us the standard 8 + 3 at Dome  , two of which were against Dome tenants  . So stuff trying to find a compromise for next year.

Plus no back to back interstate trips nor games at Kardinia Park where our supporters can't get in. And we should ask for return games against the other Big 4 clubs. Our attendances and tv ratings were excellent despite us finishing last and only winning 3.5 games.
