Social Club for 2008
With the Stage 3 phase of the Punt Road Oval Re-development commencing early in 2008, this will result in the existing Social Club being demolished in preparation for the building of the new Football Department facility. A new Community and Social Club building will also be built, but we don't expect completion of either of these buildings until 2009.
As a result of the Social Club being demolished, there won't be access to the Club pre or post game for food and drink opportunities at our MCG games during the season. Our Social Club members will be able to access bar facilities at the MCG in the Yarra Park Room pre and post match, as a replacement for the Social Club facility.
