Junior leaders
« on: January 21, 2008, 04:18:25 PM »
We know the senior leadership group is Sugar, Newy, Axel, Simmo, Petts, Browny and Joel.

Who in your opinion should make up the junior leaders?

Deledio, Raines, Edwards, Thursfield, Polo, Tambling, and Cotchin much in the same guise as Gibbs was at Carlton last year.

Pattison is the one who stands out to me.  Not in an official capacity or formal leadership sense.   I just really like the way he goes about his business.  He looks gangly but I can excuse that at present because he still could be/is growing into his body.  He works his a**e of on the ground doing all the 1%ers and I have a strong hunch that he will become a rock for our side in the future.  And here's the weird thing - I stll don't know what position he will settle in but more and more I am thinking he will become Benny Gale MkII.

I agree with Smokey here. He works so hard and it should inspire the team. I realy dont know where he will play either but let hope we can see lots of the guy this year even with a fit simmo in the team.

I really dont know these guys off the field at all to coment on the other leadership abilities.
