Dermie given the flick from selecting the new coach

Just about to be reported in Ch10 that Dermie has been given the lemonade and sars from the selection committee to choose the new Hawthorn coach.

All i can say is that he has become the biggest tosser going around, and has grown too big for his ego. The sooner they get ird of him the better they will be. Full of sour grapes.

  Another example of employing one of your own is not always in a Clubs' best interests. How unprofessional is it that they are turning one of most important decision for any Club into a reality tv program. Every move and decision they make is through the media 

Problem with us being fairly stable at the minute is we're missing out on all the media coverage  .

The Hawks are supposedly going after one of McDonald, Longmire, Clarkson, Rehn, Rendell and Cresswell, plus Ayres.

I wouldn't mind Rehn as an assistant coach at Tigerland. He's done a pretty good job at Westies in SA.

All of those assistants are not ready or will not be good enough for senior coaching positions.

I dont see why they havent chased Gary O'Donnell, or for that matter Peter Sumich has more experience than most of the ones they are looking at.

We could give them Britain!!

Apparently O'Donnell told them he's not interested. Hawthorn sounds like us 5 years ago.
