Missed the first part of the interview.

* Last week We played 75 minutes. Let ourselves down in 40 mins. Still a learning process. To hold our nerves and not make fundamental errors when challenged. Going back into our shells. First time it's happened in a month. One positive is once we got knocked on the canvas we got back up and won the last quarter.

* What do we still need to do to make the Eight?
Ball use. Confidence to pull the trigger and not second guess yourself. We're number one in contested footy so that's a major shift for us and we've got that right. Bigger bodies since 12-18 months ago. However we cost ourselves 2 games and potentially a third through poor ball use and ball retention. Tonight Plough wants us to pull the trigger and not second guess yourself.

* Sugar?
Great leader and gives the right example to the cubs. Improvement in contested footy has come from what Sugar demands from the group. Some people only look for the bad things and overlook the good things in him.

* Browny?
Still had doubts at one stage when he wasn't moving as well and played him as a deep forward. We started to give him more time up the ground and he gave us more and is closer to what he was 2-3 years. They mentioned a bunch of stats Browny is leading or at the top of at Richmond.

* Foley?
Benefit from the Vic game is being around such top players and learning how they go about things. He gets the hardest tag each week but what that should do is open up other players. McVeigh will probably run with him tonight.

* Lids?
Plough doesn't know why people get stuck into this one-position for each player talk. Sees Lids playing a multiple of positions. He's our Mr Fix-it and if he can do that then Plough will be happy.
