Garbage keeping Bowden and once again Tivs out Hyde in the tradition of 2008 continues. You would think it would be more beneficial for the club long term going forward to play the kids instead the coach has put himself his pride his value and his self preservation first and plays the duds who may not fail on Sunday against the weaker teams but will inevitably be found out when we play the stronger ones.

Would rather watch us get flogged by a better side with the kids in there than watch us get flogged with the old buggers in there like the last two weeks. Garbage..........

Hang-on, so what it Hyde doesn't play ?

You do realise that he is named as part of a 7-man interchange bench which is ubject to 3 exclusions.

hyde should not even be on a 14 man interchange bench, let alone a 7 man bench..

when is he going to play the fcukin kids all the time. he is a complete fu.khead TW.

where the good coaches run players into form, TW runs players out of form just like he did when he played hyde on the brownlow medalist in sydney....hahaha

i was there to witness it with my own eyes. possibly the biggest joke ive seen by any coach since the geesh

The final squad was quoted on the last page of the thread and Hyde is in

quote
Richmond

B: Chris Newman, Luke McGuane, Graham Polak
HB: Jordan McMahon, Kelvin Moore, Daniel Jackson
C: Matthew Richardson, Shane Tuck, Matt White
HF: Mitch Morton, Jack Riewoldt, Richard Tambling
F: Adam Pattison, Nathan Brown, Trent Cotchin
Foll: Troy Simmonds, Brett Deledio, Nathan Foley
I/C: Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls, Chris Hyde, Joel Bowden, Jay Schulz
EMG: Dean Polo, Alex Rance, Shane Edwards

In: Riewoldt, Oakley-Nicholls, Hyde, Jackson, Morton
Out: Will Thursfield (hamstring), Jake King (hamstring), Greg Tivendale, Kayne Pettifer, Shane Edwards

Not happy with Hyde. Thought Polo should have got tha spot.

Hyde IS a mindboggling selection, particularly with no Moloney in the D's side. Who is left to tag ? Brock ?

Before we all jump the gun ( myself included)
I suggest we all just calm down a little and remember TW is the official spin king.
I personally dont think that the final side that has been selected will be th 22 that run out Sundy afternoon.
There will be at least 1 last minute change ( i hope)

OK everyone just off the grapevine from Tassie.
Edwards is there.
Rance is there.
Polo has been left in Melbourne.

The game doesn't start until 2:30 so maybe he just hasn't been out there yet.  :-\

Polo has been left in Melbourne.
Could be just precautionary just in case someone pulls out of the side late tomorrow. Having said that I would prefer Polo in instead of Hyde.
