Australian of the Year Awards 2009- OER Nominee
« on: July 02, 2008, 04:51:27 PM »
Today in the mail, we received the pamphlet to nominate someone who makes us proud for the Australian of the year awards. The pamphlet asks for details of the nominee including names addresses lol ... It also asks us to tell them about the demonstrated excellence of the nominee in there field and to the community as well there capacity to inspire the community.

They require atleast 100 words. It also asks for details of the nominator.

After perusing the membership lists of OER, and looking the contribution of members, I wish to put up for Australian of the Year 2009. OER's lapsed representative

DIGGLER!

Mr Diggler, is the leading spokesperson for Caravan Parks on the Mornington Peninsula, especially with his continued calls for Richmond supporters to book there caravan parks in September of every year. He also gives people the tishs with one of the finest internet gimmicks in town, however he seems to have gone quiet recently. Mr Digglers diatribes are an inspiration to both his supporters and enemies, his supporters praise his trustworthyness and capacity to tell the truth, whilst his enemies pour scorn on his predictions- ultimately Mr Diggler is always proven correct.

Therefore I feel that Mr Diggler, should be nominated as an inspirational individual for services to Australian Tourism.

Anyone wishing to put anyone else please put your case forward here.

If the vote was yesterday it would've gone to the owner of that McKinnon service station selling petrol 10c cheaper.

Give it to Richo. Everybody loves Richo  ;D. Since Judd went to Carlton and lost his halo, Richo has become every fan's favourite player.
