Richo signs on for 2009
« on: July 19, 2008, 03:01:21 AM »
Further good news for the club came yesterday with the re-signing of injured champion Matthew Richardson, who will miss today's clash with the Bombers, but remain a Tiger until the end of 2009.

Good on Richo for accepting the idea of 1-year contracts from now on until the day he eventually hangs up the boots  :clapping.

Yep.  Another 9 or 10 1-year contracts for him will be fine by me, just so long as they don't put him back into the forward line.   ;D ;D ;D

That really good to hear.
I heard him say on Before the game that if Tasmania were to get a team he would help them out as much as he can.
But I think he was talking about after he has finished with playing for us.
So if a team comes from there Richo will go back home and help out, which I think is really good of him. And the Tassie team.
