I have said multiple times that the list at the moment is only capable of reaching the bottom rungs of the 8 (consistently) we have not assembled the talent to win us a flag. The people at the club understand this - because it is the REALITY,  nevertheless I think its important we make the 8. For the supporters but more importantly for the players, for the older players like Richo to get some reward in his career but also for the youngsters like Deledio Cotchin et al - to get this experience would be good for them.

The biggest problem I have with this is that Caro's connections are to the old power brokers who started our whole demise 25 years ago. They refuse to step aside thinking they know best for the club, despite doing nothing but damage to it for a quarter of a century. I wish they'd all just fork orf.

What's the deal when a coach comes to a club?
Is it he who gets to appoint his assistants or do the board pick them.
I would have thought that should be the coach's prerogative.
Is it Free's job to appoint them or to make recommendations which the coach can either take the advice of or not??
