Love Matty White toooooooooo
Not as much as the Richo man :thumbsup

Richo was great as usual....

Was glad to see the senior players set up in the last

Great to see big Ricky and Joel stand up when needed although Ricky stand up each week.
Interesting, dont know what Kane Johnson was doing though in the last quarter, wont go there

was that the Kane ( captain pee pee) who could have kicked a 20-25 metere goal directly in front but handballed the ball to a player who had a Brisbane defender standing right next to him which made the tigers fight harder & they finally kicked a goal, cant remember which player got the goal,  l was all warm & fuzzy from shock at what l seen.
Son remembers me say What the stuff was that all about  ;D

Actually that handball in the final qtr was the funniest thing of the season  ;D I couldn't stop laughing

31k people all up as one (yep even the brissie fans) asking "what are you doing" although there were a few more choice words in there  :rollin

It was funny...seriously

and TMonk.. that you cannot remeber that Joel got the goal from the free kick is a really concern to me.. you should be ashamed that you didn't know that  :rollin

We only got the subsequent goal because we got a lucky free for holding the ball - I think Kane needs a sports shrink because he seems to lack confidence at the big moment like last week when he had two chances to kill the game against the Dons.

How would you feel if he had to take Joel's last kick last nite ..... not well?

Loved Joel's fist pump when the decision was paid.  ;D

Also thought Joel worked a lot harder up forward defensively than he does down back.  :whistle  :thumbsup

Yeah whats even more funny is that there are some still on this site who still rate him as a captain.

He is the worst captain we haver ever had.

he should count himself lucky he has stars like axel and lids to make him look good.

We should be grateful captain pee pee did what he did in that last quarter as he may have missed the shot which meant there would have been no holding the ball and no Bowden goal and we lose the game by 2 points. Worked out well but geez he is a dud captain.

Still on a high today. Absolutely fantastic atmosphere huge noise and raw passion at its finest and purest at the Dome last night. Fantastic stuff from the players and the fans. Won't forget last night in a hurry. :clapping

Get in line.

Fabulous win.  I was literally shaking after it.  Thought that we were going to lose after Sherman kicked that last goal.  Joel was great, Richo was great, Matty White was great.  Kane Johnson - what the?  Loved Joel's reaction when the final siren went.  The roar of the Richmond crowd in the last quarter was unbelievable.  Everyone rising out of their seats, fists punching the air!  Woohoo!!!

I was away for the weekend but still managed to catch the game.  Mini-me texted me, not knowing I was watching, telling me the scores.  Her last message said "WE WON!!! I almost wet myself ...." :lol

Axel and Lids should count themselves lucky they have Johnson and Tuck to take the buffeting while they are still growing and learning.

Axel moreso than lids was down while Johnson was out of the team, buffeting sums it up perfectly, nice get smokey.

Works both ways but watch the work Johno and Tucky do to protect our younuns, a lot of stuff gets unoticed

Best game I have been too in a long long time. The sheer excitement and roar of the crowd in those dieing minutes is indescribable!

Blings and Simmo were the difference throughout the night with Richo and Bowden taking the credit with some great finishing work at the end. I was particularly pleased with how McGaune, Patto, White and Lids played - I think your'll find McGaune is now one of our top 2 defenders.

Just an awesome game to keep our finals hopes alive

Tuck i couldn't agree with you more, but Captain pathetic you have to be joking.

he is a shadow of his former self and one day will lose us a game with his confidence as low as i have ever seen

he has had the chance so many times to finish the game and kick a captain's goal and what does he do, stuffs it up

Only once this year have i seen him kick an important goal and that was against the bombers.

time to release him of the captaincy

Kane Johnson was a very important player on Saturday night

he had 6 inside 50s and 30 possessions, he didnt stop running all night and had 4 inside 50s in the last quarter

Sure he froze infront of goal on one occassion and committed his only error for the night, he led from the front and was crucial to our victory, I am no Johno fan but knocking his game on Saturday night because of one stuff up is ridiculous
