Bad result the Saints winning (I think they won) but the pies and Lions losing was good for us...

Would be delightful if the pies missed out  :whistle :thumbsup

Especially now lol. Hopefully this mess with Shaw and Didak makes them self-destruct in the last 4 weeks although they have a soft draw  ::).

Having said that this week we just have to focus on winning ourselves otherwise what other teams do will be meaningless.

The Hawks have done the right thing by us flogging Brisbane. If the Saints can do the same now against the Pies then a win tomorrow with put us inside the Eight.

Didn't quite work out, I would like to see 2 things, either we win our next 4 games and seal the deal without relying on others to drop games or we win our 2 games in r21 and 22, finish around 11 or 12th and get one more really good go at a draft before making a proper move next year.

The Ramps ladder predictor now has us finishing in

10th position

this includes victories over Fremantle and Melbourne.

The good news is we will finish above Carlton who will finish 11th

The bad news is we will only have pick 7 in the national draft.

our season was lost when we defeated the dees.
a few pathetic and useless wins here or there means nothing.

the blues played it smart last year, hence picking up kruzer and judd.

The RFC on the other hand will end up where is has every year since 82 and that is nowhere. 10/11/8th spot who gives a stuff it counts for ZERO. Im only interested in finals not this rebuilding crap ive heard for he last 10 years.

If we manage to get 6th or 7th pick who cares because we will probabaly screw that up and pick up another tambling or mcmahon

Correct Daniel.
And then take into account that Richo won 3 games off his own boot, he saved Wallace the embrassment of being sacked mid year

Wallace proved today he cant coach, laughing when players make mistakes is the lowest.
Sooner his throat is cut the better for club & players.

Wallace made many bad coaching errors yesterday.

Freo is no gimme as they've won 3 of their last 4 and pushed the Swans but assuming we beat them and the Dees I have us finishing 9th if the Dogs rediscover their form and beat Brisbane this week. If the Blues beat North and Brisbane then we'll finish 10th.
