Very simple.
Wallace has lost the respect of the players and the players dont beleive in his game plan.
I have been saying it for 2 years as I could see the writing on the wall then.

Might add, that the direction the club wants to take has NOTHING to do with me.
In my opinion it would have to be better than the current structure in place.

Try reading some of your own stuff.
And re the coach losing the players.  Didn't you say that at the beginning of the year, and probably last year and the year before lol
Broken record.  A young developing team doesn't win as many games as they have this year if they have no respect for the coach.
Try something a little bit more original will you.

I agree with Infamy, we need to cut atleast 2 of the senior group and probably 3 at the end of the year. Johnson, Bowden should be the first to go. The question is, if we have a new coach, will he have the balls to cut 2 of the senior core, will he have the balls to sack people who he may have played with? Thats why Id go for Hardwick, Hardwick seems like a bloke who will do a clarkson and clean the joint out from the start.
