Jack Dyer was, is and will always be Richmond. I guess Royce, GR, and co would've been spiritual leaders during the 70s. Richo of course now. He's like grandpa to the cubs he's been at the club so long now lol.

I reckon Jack or Cotch could eventually take over the baton once Richo retires. Cotch is a natural leader and freak whereas Jack never shuts up and is naturally extroverted.
