I don't see the point trading Meyer.

former 1st rounder, can kick, was in coburgs best @ end of season - looks fit and in form, finally.

better small defender option than King or Raines.

Well Well Well who would have thought?????

Meyer, Petts, JON on the trade table.

Well strike me pink i am in total shock because all 3 have shown so much.

I will be glad to see the back of all 3 of these pathetic footballers, especially the last 2. Its a disgrace we held onto them for so long.

Petts should have been gone 2 years ago but not at the RFC, we keep till they are worthless.

Polo is a keeper IMO but the rest can shu the door on the way out

Held on to both for so long? Meyer has been on the list for 4 years, 2-3 of those were injured
JON only been on the list for 3 years and he's only 20 YEARS OLD!!!

Unbelievable

Polo is hardly a keeper either, it's bizarre how some average players like Polo get such an easy ride from the supporters for doing not much at all, where others like Hughes cop it for not doing enough as a key forward in less time that Polo's been on the list. If Polo going can fix some of the structure of the list, make it happen.

Looks like we aren't really interested in too much trade involvement.  Throwing those 4 names down on the table will do nothing to create interest in any other club.

Greg Denham on KB's show this morning:

* Carlton's list is better managed than Richmond's. That's why they have plenty of salary cap space and Richmond has got a new list manager. The Richmond board has also put heavy spending constraints on the football department irrespective of how much salary cap space they may or may not have.

* Meyer from what he's seen is not up to it.

* Schulz up for trade too.

* KB said why would you go after Seaby if McIntosh is on the market? Denham said McIntosh is miles better than Seaby.

Is Denham a Carlton supporter?

Of course Carlton has plenty of cap space. 7 years of spoons and priority picks. No-one on their list would deserve anymore than 25k a year.

That's abit rough.

Ackland is clearly worth 900k over 3 years.

I don't know about Polo getting an easy ride from supporters but I don't think he was given much of a chance this season just gone. I also think he is above being an "average player".

Polo like Meyer has only been on the list 4 years and he missed most of last year after a shoulder reco.

It would seem he has some currency...

My arguement is I think there are others on our list (with currency) who should on the table too and going by what the media is suggesting are not

From what he's seen.  :D I'm guessing that would be stuff-all.

Polo is the only one of the 4 with some trade value. Petts doing his knee at his age would turn clubs off and JON and Meyer would have zilch value.

Denham has been the minister of misinformation for years. You would think a so-called footy expert would at least know and acknowledge Meyer suffered from a chronic hip complaint.

he wont stay, TW clearly is not a fan, many have gone past him , the most recent whako Jacko...he's no chance of staying, I only hope we can muster interest as we may give him away at this rate with R3 looking very best we can do
