Thankfully Mr One-eyed can use two index fingers lol.

The most surprising thing mentioned in the interview was Terry saying we tried to get Cuz 12 months earlier than we did when he was still deregistered.

we were supposed to pik him up in the 08 pre season draft but he cried junkie.

I also found mention of the length and detail of the plan to recruit Cousins interesting. Also the exciting reality that we have true depth now in our list. Does make players such as Collins, Nahas etc have only a slim chance to play until they are better than an existing player. Rance is the player I feel most sorry for - will have to wait for injury or retirement...

Stripes

Stripes a player like Rance doesn't have to wait for injury or retirement. If he is good enough he will come into the side and make a spot his own. Thursfield Moore and McGuane have the spots at the moment but if someone comes along who is better than them then we should be cheering. An up grade on half the current side makes us one hell of a finals team

Exactly, if they're good enough they'll get a game.

I am hoping that this season Bowden and Johnson are bumped back to backup players and a couple of youngsters earn and take their spots.

The good thing now is someone like Rance can develop at his own rate at Coburg bulking up his body in meantime so when he does break into the side he'll be physically ready for AFL footy and will develop at a faster rate. Maybe one of the reasons Plough didn't mention Rance as a backline option was to make Alex push himself further to get into the side.

First, well done OE your a Total Tiger (LOL)

My thinking is Rance will take the power backmans / swingmans spot - Sarge at the moment -  if he is good enough, needs to to step up a bit if his last Coburg game is anything to go on
