Love his tenacity & endeavor but I expect Jake will see plenty of time at Coburg in '09.

Opposition coaches have have got him targeted.

I'm a bit surprised at his numbers in 2008 - did not realise that he averaged that much possession or game time.
The bottom line we discovered that Jake was found out with decision making when in possession, vulnerable to brain fades under pressure which cost free kicks/50m penaties/goals and really struggles when faced with a 50:50 marking contest.

I like his competitive spirit, it just needs to be harnessed a little but he is at an age when he needs to make every post a winner (like the Hussler this Autumn)
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

to keep his sometimes short fuse under control  ;D

He is one of those players that is fighting with so many others for a position down back....

Not sure what to expect to be honest
