* At coaches house for BBQ, bonding with the younger guys

* How is it 12 months later? Exciting, wanting to get body right. He's been interupted with an injury.

* Targets for 09 - Started running only 1 month ago, feels fittest he's ever been. Is that fit enough? Missing pre-season makes it hard to catch up.

* He's more comfortable one year later, AFL life easier to cope with.

* AFL player is a good lifestyle. Trying to enjoy it.

* Terry's wife cooked, no beers. Was a good feed.

* Has not seen a solarium at Terry's house, but Cotch hasn't been upstairs.

* We showed something in 2nd half of year. Efficiency has to improve, sticking to structures, reduce turnovers for improvement. Spend a lot of time on kicking skills.

* Mark Coughlan - Hasn't missed a session. Training the house down.  :lol Body is 100%, looking forward to the challenge.

* Richo - Enjoyed being a wingman. Might see him in forward line.

* Trent would like to play mid-field, wants to get back to training so he's fit enough.

* Deledio - Brett should rate well in his TV show, Cotch doesn't know result.

* Cousins - Trent learning from him, he works so hard. Pushes himself to the limit. Sharing knowledge.

* Cambo's beachhouse for a midfield meeting one night. Cousins sees good potential in our youngsters.
And you may not think I care for you
When you know down inside that I really do

You've covered it wayne  :cheers  :bow. I did a summary as well....

----------------------------
* They're having BBQ with the coaches at Plough's place. Bonding exercise for the younger guys. Terry's wife cooked and laid everything out for them. Steaks and all. No beer though. No solarium either lol. He hasn't been upstaris yet though.

* Last preseason just wanted to get the body right. All young guys excited just to do what they need to do to get a game.

* Injured early this preseason so haven't done much which is disappointing but a lot more comfortable with it all in his second preseason.

* No much change from last year. Still looking to improve his skills.

* Just started running a month a go. Getting kms into the legs. Once that happens he hopes to step it up. Feeling fitter as ever in himself.

* Only played 50% of gametime last year when you really need to play 70-80% to play midfield. Missing a large chunk of preseason does make it hard to catchup but the fitness staff have been great.

* Being a footy player is a good lifestyle. Get time to yourself but need to work hard when you are training.

* Cotch's main goal is to get back sooner enough and hopefully have the fitness to play in the midfield. On a HFF and pushing into the midfield.

* Main focus for the team is stick to our structures and knowing them as well as improving efficiency, improving skills and reducing turnovers. We've spent a fair time this preseason on our kicking as well as our structures.

* Cogs has been great all preseason. Hasn't missed a session. Very impressive. Good to watch to see how he does things as a young guy. Played VFL games last year but still felt a niggle in the hammy. His body is 100% now.

* Richo still out on the wings but you may see him in the forward line at times.

* Best athlete show - footy shows an all-round athletic ability. He doesn't know how Lids went but he reckons Lids will be right up there.

* Learn from Cousins how to push yourself to the limit without hurting yourself. He's fitted in well. Spent a night around at Cambo's beachhouse with just the midfielders and listened to Ben talk about the Eagles and how they built to a premiership. He sees potential in our group to win a premiership although obviously we are not there yet (?).

* There's a lot confidence in the group and we're looking forward to how our new structures go.
