Danny Meyer was not a favourite of mine, but next to JON he might as well be Gary Ablett JNR. How we chose JON over him is a joke.

Who is your favourite player?

It humours me how TW's hand is cast in just about everything that goes wrong at Tigerland, I had never heard that JON's faults as a player could be directly linked to TW.  Now that I am informed though at least we have an explanation for his disposal and decision making skills, bad TW.

It's only Terry's fault if he plays him.
I am being serious here, not argumentative.....how can Jons lack of progress be attributed to TW when Jon plays predominately for Coburg? Also how many coaches has Jon had at Coburg since being drafted? Is the inconsistency of coaches at Coburg a factor for Jon and therefore Cleve, Collins, Conners etc?

Its not just TW's job to mature and develop JON. its rawlings also.

They have spent so much time and effort on this kid and it has done SFA. He is no good at AFL level, stop fighting with yourselves boys.

i knew it 3 years ago and its a shame some of you who seem so bright cant see it. The talent is NOT there and it doesn't matter if King Sheedy was the coach he should not have been drafted from day one.

great question!!!

who else RICHO!! Always has been and always will be.

the guy has carried this team through its darkest years and even when he was supreme NEVER left for better coin.

He is a gem and an awesome bloke to boot.

If we had 21 of him on the field i really believe we would be winning flags most years or at least playing finals year in year out.

Lids is another favourite. Will win a brownlow very soon and should be our next captain.

Moore, Axel(Although had a soft year), Newman, Simmo, Thursfield and even Jack at times last year proved how valuable they will be going forward.

White will be so crucial for us around the goals. Milne type but quicker and gets more of the ball.

Players who disappoint me are your Jordy Mcmahon's, Tambling, JON, Cleve Hughes and Patto.
I just hope one of Cleve or Tambling or even both come through. Both will determine if we regulary make finals, especially when the big man retires.

There is not a hope in hell for JON or Patto and Jordy was a wasted pick. So weak and timid.
Like many before him we will NEVER learn picking up these skinny 60kg's useless players who have not got a defensive bone in their body.

I as we all are following one team. So why be at each others throats.
And the way this started was by the wrong click on the keyboard, and that was all.
And I'm sure we all have done it as I know for a fact that I have done it more times than I care to remember.
I might of been able to at one stage but things like that I forget rather quick now.
So as I saids we all are on the same team and we are not Carlton.

.Thanks Wp! But still the TW question anyone?

The TW question is based on JON still being on the list, if TW did not think this player good enough to have a future then the right thing for club, coach and player would be to de-list him.

The coach is backing this player to develop and deliver as a senior player - has not given up on him. In order for that to happen, he will need a fairly steep improvement.

JON is responsible ultimately to make it happen, but by not delisting him, Plough is backing his coaching panel - including himself as the head coach to facilitate that development.

So it is not just up to TW and I've never said that, just that the kid should not feel alone here.
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”
