Development is the word that comes to mind. How have you got so many players who CANT put on any size is beyond me.

Didn't Edwards get into some sort of trouble for gaining weight too quickly?? Does anyone remember this?

Anyone seen Beams or Mitch Robinson lately??

Add Dangerfield to that list as well. Built like a sh*thouse.
May as well chuck in D Rich. Knows what the inside of a gym looks like.

gee how good is he going to be??

and how big is he so early in his career.

now tell me again peoples why have our players got arms smaller than my mrs who weighs 52 kg's.

we are an embrassment to the league

Outs:

King (never to be seen again in a Richmond guernsey)

Edwards (make him earn his spot by getting in Coburgs best 3-4 weeks running)

Tambling (See Edwards)

Graham (see Edwards/Tambling - he at least needs to dominate or at a minimum, break even at Coburg for 3-4 weeks running)

Schulz (non existant)

Ins:

Nahas - Good replacement for Edwards...give him minimum 3-4 weeks in the 1st's to find his feet, unless he has absolute shockers.  Is young and hungry enough to give us something

Collins - has done enough pre-season and at Coburg on Sunday to ensure he gets his long overdue 1st game.  Like Nahas, give him 3-4 weeks to show what he's got

Pattison - good game for Coburg IMO and is a big upgrade on Graham.

Cogs - had a ripper 2nd qtr for Coburg...it's now or never for him.

Conners - may need one more at Coburg but has the foot skills, brains and some class that we're crying out for...

On notice should be:

Hislop (maybe bring in Thompson for him, however I wasn't convinced with his game at Coburg last Sunday).  Hislop was good vs Geelong so give him another chance.

Brown - good one week, shocking the next...not fussed whether he stays or goes to be honest

Bowden...

Jackson - doesn't have a brain for this game, nor does he have the skills.  As my brother said, "he should stick to marathon running and rowing"....once Cuz, Cotch, Cogs and Conners are right, this guy will be goooooooooooooooooooooone.

I live in Australia not North Korea I'm entitled to an opinion.
I am a Richmond member I'm entitled to an opinion
Did I mention I live in Australia and a democracy just like you do TT and we are all entitled to an opinion.

Well here's mine since I have to read through yours

Tambling is crap. Tambling should at the best be put up for trade at the end of the seaon.
If his mind is not right and the club has been aware of it for a while well they are just as culpible as the player himself who volunteers his services week in and week out.
At best in my opinion Tambling should be back in Darwin playing for the Melville Island Sea Snakes. Unfortunantely we need to look at the player and Richmond is obviously not conjucive for his nurturement and development. If my opinion makes me less of a Richmond supporter than the bloke next to me then why bother TT. :whistle

Out:  King, Tambling, Edwards, Bowden, Schulz

In:  Collins, Cogs, Nahas, Thomson, Patto

What I think will happen though is Jordie will be one of the ins and it would be surprising to see the axe swing with 5 changes. Playing Patto forward isn't much of solution either for mine but Sarge has done nothing in 3 weeks despite given the opportunity at FF with Cleve and Patto injured.

would yoy berate and bag your family in public? i doubt it, i know i wouldnt, privately face to face yes, publically no!

the rfc is like family and its players are like our brothers, booing any player , tambling or richo - does not matter, it should not happen.

family are supposed to stick together and get through the down times with unity, not publically bagging your own.

if your that kind of person , good on you!   :clapping

MT, I like your thinking...I agree that Sarge has not done much except for that sensational mark against Geelong...His kicking for goal has let him down a bit this year...Do you think we can play both Hislop and Thomo in the same team...?  Also do you think that JON might come into calculations this week?

Also I dont know whether they will play Simmo Graham and Patto in the same team...unless you leave Patto at FF...Collins Cogs Nahas and Jordie have put their hands up this week...Bling will stay in the team...whilst his position will get looked at at the selection table...he was one of our better players in the carlton debale...but King Edwards Bowden Shulz and perhaps Graham might be dropped...IMHO

I would imagine we are in a bit of a bind there Tucker, on current form he wouldnt be worth a fart in a paperbag.

If he starts hitting his straps and performing then he will more than likely stay with the RFC based on his potential.  Of course your argument would be trade him while he has currency and that would be a fair point.

TT,'
The tiger "family" was not 'Booing' Tambling on Monday they gave him a 'bronx cheer' when he finally got the ball. A fair bit of difference if you ask me.
Even TW said (on the couch) that it was fair enough!

I agree with you fully here. However, and really hate to bring it up again, but i think it is the whole Tambling/Franklin thing that haunts the Blinger!

The Facts are TT that he was totally shyt on the weekend- not a scapegoat just what happened! Forget about stats for a minute.
Don't get me wrong, i like Tambling but to even put him in the same breath as Lids is just not right. I hope you can see that.
Yes or no answer TT- are you Tambling?   :lol

You need to stop taking things personally being personal to others and look at the facts.
Just take a step back. Try it, it will change your life. If you can't because your not that kind of person, good on you! :clapping

please play Mark Coughlan and Andrew Collins  :pray

doesn't matter about Coughlan's past, he needs to 'get matches under his belt'  :)

I am not too sure what good the changes that will be made will make.

Another poster said a while ago that our depth was bit of a myth in that we had depth but it was the depth of a number of players at the same level (or worse  :o). The two exceptions to this who aren't in the side at the moment are Cotch and Cuz neither of which are ready.

I think McMahon will come in to deliver the ball out of the backline, even though he is not ideal he is probably the best option we have.  We shouldn't have to tag anyone in the Dees so King will probably go.

Either Edwards and/or Tambling should probably go as well for Cogs and/or Collins.  I would try to squeeze Nahas in as well, maybe for Bowden.
