Confidence and trust is the key: Wallace

A snippet from Plough's post-mortem report in EOTT...

"But, regardless of personnel, we believe we have a very even list and need to start playing some confident, capable football over the next month to kick-start our season. Remember, last year when we missed out on playing finals by half a game, we had only three wins on the board at the halfway mark of the season.  So, the reality is if we can get our act together, there is plenty of opportunity for success. Confidence is the key to a lot of things in life . . . Our guys need to trust themselves, their team-mates, and get out and play without the fear of failure. I have great confidence that the group will back themselves in and start to gather momentum"
