SEN is allowing callers to go to air claiming a mate saw Gary March and Nathan Buckley having a coffee together  ::)

I would be worried if we weren't talking to potentials.

It's not going to please Wallace, but if he's lost the players and we go down on Sunday, he'll be gone.
And you may not think I care for you

Me too.
Preemptive strike is good.

I think Terry's should have to reapply for his job even if we make the 8.

Exactly what you guys are saying. Would be very unprofessional with Wallaces contract up at the end of the year to leave it until then to start sounding out potentials.

from now on i have a feeling that every "winnable" game we lose could be the last last game wallace coaches. unfortunately for the club and himself he has dug a big whole for himself. rumours are spreading like wildfire, esp ones where the only players that respect wallace at the club are the senior group and he has lost all the younger group. if this is true, even though im against sacking a coach this way, we cannot keep him on ala frawely just to protect our image, the only reason spud wasnt sacked was because the club was trying to show all we have changed and dont sack coaches willy nilly. but keep on coaches for 4-5 yrs then getting rid of them is not really an eat your own mentality. realistically , the club gave spud and terry ample time to resurrect this club. both have failed.

so the big question is, do we stall time and do a spud and keep terry on  even if the group has lost faith in him, or get a replacement immediately  so the next coach can use the reast of this year to really assess our list .

if terry came in a year earlier im sure we would have been in a better state than we are.

big decisions to be made at punt road.  but as its been previously stated, a loss to melbourne  will be the end of wallace.

the media are loving this

i just wanna win and win well, we finished last year on a high note, what the eff has gone wrong  :banghead :banghead

the club management need to find out if the coach has lost his players- if so they should sack Wallace on Monday and pay him out. We dont need this rubbish going on for weeks.

even though i am ,against sacking coaches mid year, if it is true that its only richo brown and sugar that support wallace the the rest have lost him, i agree with you ramps, its pointless wasting time like we did with danny . we should have sacked danny after that game at the dome where adelaide thumped us. something tell me the fact he was spat on that night saved his butt for that year

Buckley is purely being asked if he is interested in a assistant coaching role as a possible shake up
Royal, King, Mcrae, Rawlings Livingstone Condon are marked men & thats the first place to start
Wallace is coach yes,  but its these who are in the sights of March's axe

Stay tuned Jackstar  ;D

I hate reading a "friend of a friend told me posts", especially when it involves Terry Wallace so i apoligise in advance...... A friend of mine had a brother who played for Richmond and remains great mates with Dean Polo. He told me that the young guys feel as though they dont have the support of TW and that he lets certain players know that he does not rate them. The young guys play knowing that at any moment they could lose their place in the team as TW doesnt rate them and they play under added internal pressure to perform. In short TW has his favorites.I am almost ashamed to post this as i am always cynical of these rumours. If true it raises a lot questions like, why did he draft them in the first place?

I honestly think that no matter what happens Sunday this week or for the rest of the year we will not get rid of Terry.
We are going to make a change to the way thing use to happen. Like sacking a coach.
We will have stability for once in a long time with a coach,
They can interview all coached they want as this is for next season.
I don't think no matter what happens Terry will not be with our team next year.
So throw in what ever name you like I don't think it will happen.
And the only way would be if Terry walks.
But I think he likes the money too much for that to happen.
And if it does Cambell will take over.

we already changed the way we used to do things, we did not sack spud , kept him on , let him coach his term out and then did not renew his contract. then we gave terry 5 years. 2 coaches in 10 years isnt exactly the rfc of old. the eat our own sack our coaches business has been exagerated by the media. we have had 2 coaches in 10 yrs , no different to every other club
