Cousins, Cotchin and an inform Simmonds are the only 'Ins' I would be excited about returning with Raines next cab off the rank.

Schulz may be brought back through necessity but how many chances can be give this fellow. I am desperate for him to succeed but my patience is running out.

Brown and Pettifier can stay in the 2s to allow our young forwardline to continue to progress.

Post still needs time.

Out of the current team I would be struggling to choose players to drop to make place for Cousins, Cotchin and Simmonds but if I was forced to -

In (in order of preference) - Cotchin, Cousins, Simmonds

Out -                               Bowden, Collins, Patto

None of these three deserve to go on current.

The players will know Cotch and Cousins are going to be breaking into the side and will hopefully play out of their skins accordingly against Syndey lest their spot is the one taken...

Post hasn't done much at Coburg yet, not sure why people want to rush him in

 - Cotchin, Cousins,
 - Brown (back pocket playmaker, or full forward) might need a change of postion big like his mate Richo. Too early to pull the plug on him I would think.

I hope Thursfeild comes in. Rance/Moore/McGaune/Thursfeild would be at least be fairy tall.

Raines + Thomson need to get in Coburg best few games in row. Ditto Edwards, maybe try him on a back stuff? Vickery might be the dark horse if he can keep kicking goals. Schultz needs to keep kicking bags also before he is given a chance.

Maybe trade Simmonds end of season if Browne can hold down #1 Coburg ruck and draft another young one.

Competition for spots is always a good thing.Cant wait for a fit Cuz and Cotch to be the team.....Thats what I was drooling about all summer.
Collins makes way for Cotchin, possibly McMahon for BC......The rest can earn their spots back via solid consistant efforts in the VFL

Good call.

I think Wallace will drop Polo or JON instead, which is a shame.  :-[

I'm not sure we will make any changes> Bowden Collins JON Patto and Pollo all did enough to keep a spot. Do we make a spot for the bigggers names or give them another week in the 2's to prove their fittness?

Mike, its silly to throw Bowden out of the side when he's just played his best  - hard and defensive as well as running the lines -  game in a couple of years.

As TW said there were quite a few players that sacrificed their game (stats) for the team, you might find Patto's game on Petrie was one of those, etc with the others.

Its  will be interesting that no one has mentioned Sarge to date as he has the best form along with Vickery in the twos.

Not sure why so many people want to make so many changes to a winning side

Agreed. I thought that Jack, Morton, Nahas and co raised the pressure and effort to levels beyond what Schulz has shown he is capable for us. He's surely on his last chance.

Stripes, are sure about this?
Out -                               Bowden, Collins, Patto

None of these three deserve to go on current.

Patto has only just come in but i agree, at the moment he is the 3rd ruck but one more week for Simmo in the 2s and one more for Patto in the 1s.
Collins, can kick goals and need an extended period in the 1s to prove his worth.
Bowden, now i find it very difficult and almost insane to say he doesnt deserve to stay in on current form.
I like the enthsiasm that the ins of the last couple of weeks have added to the team.

I agree GR12 about Bowden...until we are not a mathematical chance to play finals-we continue to play Bowden.Apart from Richo he is the only 30 plus player to stand up this year.
Collins has been good but not sure he is in our best 22.Someone has to make way for Cuz &Cotch and Andrew might be the unlucky one.He will no doubt get another chance when injury strikes.

Cotch is the only definite one for mine from that list :bow  :bow  :bow

Simmo, Browny and Cuz only if and only if their bodies are right to play and get through games week after week.
