I don't think Cotch and Cuz have the match fitness yet to come in.

Out: Richo (inj)

In:  :-\ ..... Sarge or Simmo  :-\. Hmmm not much of a choice. Simmo could rotate with Gus and Patto through ruck and forward line. Sarge is the more traditional forward but doesn't produce at AFL level.

In Vickery Cousins

Cotchin should play another two weeks for the Burgers and return in the Dreamtime Game in round 9.

Hey kid aint ready but throw them in the deep end for a while and lets see how he goes. Other clubs do it we should have the courage and do it too rather than have him stay at the urgers for 2 or 3 years.

Sarge has had a go so has Cleve. Give Ty a go and keep him there for the rest of the season.
If he plays 15 games the rewards will be there two years from now, than us playing him in 2011 and saying he's been a good player at Coburg for a while now and he needs to step up. Lets nurture the step up from now by playing him on the big stage. He is a pick 8 FFS. Don't waste him at Coburg.
Play Thompson too. He's young and will add some more toughness around the footy.

Simmo can stay out. Angus has momentum let Troy stick to teaching his martial arts class and milking his venomous snakes. Obviously that takes too much emotion and concentration out of him come match day.

HAHAHAHAHA GOLD

100 % correct may i add.

How many times did i see in my time Sheeds/Malthouse/Lethal throw in a young kid out of left field.

Not at Punt Road we would rather recycle the tried failures of Schulz/ Simmo.

Then performance of Graham/Patto today surely does singal the end of Simmo but then again we are at Punt Road so i expect one could get dropped thats the thinking of the some of the imbeciles that run the selection commitee

Outs: Morton, Richo (inj - should not have played today  >:()

Ins: Cousins, Schulz

Would also be tempted to drop Patto and Cogs and bring in Simmonds for reason that I cannot explain  :P and maybe Cotchin. Although, I reckon personally based on his efforts on saturday his performance doesn't warrant a game ... good last quarter but....

Sadly Cogs was found wanting in the pace department on the small SCG today. On a ground where it goes from one end to the other so quickly the Swans ran off him alot. It was a worry

.

when Vickery takes his first overhead mark for the season, and that is with an opponent within 5 mtrs, that may be cause to celebrate that he is an advance on the lumbering giant some are thinking...he's as much a KPP at AFL level as Robbie Nahas would be making the boomers side...Im concerned at where we turn to resolve our forward line woes that we haven't already tried...Maybe Hughes can leapfrog sarge and go straight in :clapping

You must have been at Coburg on Saturday BJ17  :thumbsup

I thought I was the only one who noticed  :P

As I said on another thread he is a long term future player. He doesn't need to be thrown to the wolves when he isn't ready

You mean he hasn't turned from a kid into the next superstar KPP forward we need.

Geez he's had a few games for Coburg what are we paying this kid for.

Yep about what I think too MT, throw Clever into the mix as well of searching for a full forward who probably wont do

Out: Richo, Morton/McMahon
In: Simmonds (key forward), Cousins

Cotchin doesn't deserve a call up yet, neither does Vickery or Schulz or anyone else who played at Coburg

I dont believe we need to make sweeping changes.Even in my heart of hearts did I think we would get that close to Sydney at the SCG.Schulz might get another chance due to Richos injury.Morton gets a "last chance to perform or its back to Coberg"
It is unfortunate that there is no pressure for spots in that forward line.We will be just replacing under performing AFL players with under performing VFL players. :banghead

Hey Infamy,

Were you at the Swan's chairman's club yesterday?  Your suggested ins match the opinions of a few of the Richmond Board membersand a couple of the senior staff.
