spot on
cotchin will embarrass deledio in years to come because he has a better work ethic during a game and a much hungrier desire to win and be the best

It appears that way at the moment but Lids was never touted as a natural leader while Cotch and Jack were recruited with that benefits attached. I hope Cotch can mantain his confidence and onfield ability because he will make an outstanding captain in 5+ years if he does.

Lids is too much of an introvert to become a true leader at the club currently but he certainly can lead (and will lead) with his actions.

I have to say this has turned into a pleasant post.
No one is bitting at each other so well done to all posters.
I would love to see our team doing the same as this post is going.
And without being able to get to see all our games I go by what is pposted in here.
I like Jack and I have to really say I don't know enough of Cotchin.
It would be good to see him lead us as this is what it is sort of reading like.
And I listen to what is being put in here.
Let Lids do what he does on the feild as it is insirering to watch for us and the team.
Then give the leaders job later to Cotchin and make Lids the 2nd incharge.

I know we had faith in Cog's and he broke down so lets hope this isn't the way for Cotchin to.
With us all behind our team is a good start to remaking our team one to be a force.
Well fingers crossed.
