they need a sports psychologist to get in there and see exactly what goes on in some of the players heads.
The decision making today in the 3rd and 4th quarter was some of the worst i have ever seen.
Wallace is far from the perfect coach... but alot of the players are cheating him by the way they're playing.
This backwards/scared/fickle play needs to stop. It's a disease. It kills whatever momentum is there and makes it so easy for the opposition to force turnovers. I'm not sure what the plan was in the forward line today ... but it was a mess. Rarely saw a lead in the 3rd quarter.
We lost that game today... it was well within the capabilities and we went back into our shells and let brisbane walk all over us ...
It's time someone behind the scenes stood up and showed some heart and passion, and gave the players a really good rev up about what this club stands for. Time to htfu. Time to stop the s#@T and give the supporters something positive to yell about.

regards: 3rd row, right pocket, city end.

I'm just astounded he didnt quit today. This is the same guy who said he'd taken the Dogs as far as he could.

he is on $500,000 a year and has no idea.
 :banghead
he blames the players.
Why play Schulz, Edwards and JON in the first place :banghead
We not give players there first games. Matty Knights does and see his recipe for success

sounds like what you are saying is the players are not playing for the coach or listening to his message. answer is easy , sack wallace now

maybe this is why foley is constantly running around in circles and sideways and missing targets, maybe he is protesting lol

Foley and Deledio haters.  :sleep

Would hate to see how we went without them.  Replace them with Thomson and Hislop and we would have been smashed by 10 goals.

So the coach is going to wield the axe according to his press conference.  Says he's not happy about the players who butchered the footy.  Wonder who he is going to choose to chop this week?  Just had a look at the stats on the RFC website (I know they are not the best ones around, but ...)

Clanger kings this week: Bowden, Foley, Nahas
Least efficient disposal: Nahas, Reiwoldt, Edwards, JON

Year to date clanger kings: Foley, Jackson, Bowden, McGuane, Tuck
Year to date least efficient disposal: Reiwoldt, Richardson, Edwards, JON, Nahas

Wonder if there's going to any correlation between the outs and the stats?

he blames the players.

I am not in the mood to get into another discussion with you over this

But the players are as much to blame for yesterday as the coach was

You explain to me how for the first quarter and half they played the way they did and looked good - not great but good and then it turns to crap for the remainder of the match. Even Daniel Jackson said on radio that they didn't play to instructions

I don't think it was the coach who gifted 2 goals to the Lions in the 2nd qtr that got then back within 12 points? I think we can thank our most senior player out there for that....and didn't the heads drop after it  :banghead :banghead

As I said bash the coach but don't leave out the players, they deserve as much blame as anyone.... there were some very selfish blokes out there yesterday

we cannot shy away from the facts and blame the players when they do as the coach tell them, if not then they have lost the coach and he must go.

but this is what make me realy stuffen mad, yesterday in the press conference terry said its time we really assessed the list properly and make some really hard decisions.  WTF is he saying this now for, was that his master 5 year plan to assess the list at the end.  He admitted by saying that that he has totally 100% stuffed up , he has been paid good money to finally realise now the list is stuffed.
i am disgusted and very upset with those comment, Terry is a total stuff up and the sooner you terry lovers realise that the better, how dare he come 4.5 yrs in to his contract and realise we are poo and need to make changes

stuff off terry and refund us your last 4.5 years pay you theiving creep

Read what I wrote TT - Daniel Jackson said on the wireless that they didn't play to instructions.... Now who do we blame there exactly

Perhaps TW is guilty of what so many coaches before him have been ... protecting and defending his players when they clearly don't deserve it.

But hey what does it really matter

And BTW - and this is directed to everyone enough with the avoidance of the swear filter   >:(

but u say that tamblingis looking like a 4th rounder right now

actually right here , right now, based on the past few weeks, tambling is looking like a 1st rounder, deledio like a 4th rounder  and foley looking like he should have always been a rookie and jackson is looking like a 1st rounder

strange how things can change in footy

agree! expect Foley i think has lost his hunger for kicking goals on the run!

wp, dont be so naive, the only reason a team wont follow the coaches orders and then publically say so is because the team does not respect listen to or want the coach

wake up, smell the roses

jackson if he said that, is just let it known that  that they dont listen to the coach. the coach thus has lost the players ears

good bye terry

Then using your thoery then our players are a disgrace as well ... this Club means something to every single person who goes to the games... seems it doens't mean much to our players if they are going around losing to spite the coach

But as I said what does it really matter .. I am over it
