The real reason for the “Cousins Bird”!
I heard from a friend of my sister's, best friend's, cousin's, uncle who heard from a dude at work.
Benny wasn’t flicking the bird to the camera, hopefully this will explain what occurred!
Ben hadn’t had the opportunity to catch up with his parents for a while, so he thought he would take the opportunity to show them the damage to his broken hand in the fixed camera in the rooms. The simple reason for his finger being slightly extended is that during the operation the surgeon slightly nicked a nerve that controlled the movement of that offending digit. As a result he will be unable to close it fully until the healing process is complete.
So, please people don’t be too hard on him, he has been a blessing for our club and the experience he imparts on or younger players.
