What the hell is that supposed to mean?

I think he means Ostrich....and implying we have our heads in the sand

or he may have meant emo

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=emo

Genre of softcore punk music that integrates unenthusiastic melodramatic 17 year olds who dont smile, high pitched overwrought lyrics and inaudible guitar rifts with tight wool sweaters, tighter jeans, itchy scarfs (even in the summer), ripped chucks with favorite bands signature, black square rimmed glasses, and ebony greasy unwashed hair that is required to cover at least 3/5 ths of the face at an angle.

A few weeks ago i told my wife what i really think! I told her she was lazy, and in it for herself and wasnt a team person! I also told her that there are other women out there who seem to better whenit comes to being nice to me and giving me attention!

Last night i went down to the pub and my wife walked in, she didnt seem to be happy! I had a chat to her and a few photos were taken but she didnt seem to be herself as she told me she wasnt happy! My three mates witnessed the conversation. I think she told her manager to explore all interested parties!
Doesnt matter though as  there are other women out there who are better team players than her!

Sorry OE, it's just when you get caught up in an intense debate involving one of our best players who we all know is re-signing with the club it is hard not to get a little worked up.

Anyway, I must be off, getting a feather wash from Lids!
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

I figured that's what he meant, however Ostriches don't put their heads in the sand, that's an urban myth
... as for confusing them with Emu's, I'm not sure he could have got it more wrong
I'd say he'd be used to that though

Tell you this.
Went to Carlton Collingwood tonight and the mail around is the Colligwood are extremely interested in Lids.
And furthermore, if you know he is resigning, why did his manger meet with Gary Pert this week, FACT!

Of course Collingwood are keen on Lids
Every team in the comp is interested in him
Shame the pies have never been able to land a big fish because they are unwilling to offer anything decent to trade
They will finish up the top of the ladder this year and will have nothing to offer to get a trade done
