Bents, McMahon is contracted for another year to play VFL ressies  :help

I was told yesterday McRae is totally frustrated with many of the senior RFC guys playing at Coburg. In fact just ticked off at how selfish they are. He's obviously reacted tonight and good on him.

Jordie and Thomson playing VFL ressies - wow what great trades  ::). Oh well along with Petts they can stay there until their out of contract and not get in the way of our cubs' development at Coburg seniors or Richmond.

Cleve in for the injured Sarge at FF. If he struggles it'll be back to Norwood next year.

Richo said tonight Browny isn't far away and was a chance to play Sunday for Coburg but Browny's not named so he's obviously still not right.

Volunteering the $300k needed to the club Bents  ;)

Whether McMuppet stays or goes next year, we still have to pay him his $300k.
If that's the case, we may as well just pay him off now and wash our hands of him. It's better than the ridiculous scenario of having him go through the motions in Coburg's 2nd's for a year.Either way he gets his money, and gives the club nothing in return.

Paid out and delisted.

3 year deals should be put to bed after McLovin Mcmuppet gets paid out.

he is doing more harm sitting there playing for Coburg and creating a bad vibe around the place.

Thinking about it a bit more it may be an advantage for us in terms of our salary cap to pay Jordie out as long as the $300k paid to him counts towards next year's TPP. Add the $120k paid to the young draftee that replaces Jordie on our senior list and that's $420k combined to help bump up our TPP back to the 92.5% minimum without frontloading other players' contracts. Furthermore in 2011 we'll have $300k freed up in our cap instantly that can be put towards covering increases in contracts of our developing cubs without needing to increase our total TPP.

As for the game itself: Do you think Coburg will show up this week? Or has the influx of washed up Richmond rejects condemned the club to going through the motions for the rest of the season, like they have been for the past fortnight?
